Whenever you play a bird card, give away a number of sips equal to the number of the column in which you placed the card, distributed among the other players as you see fit.

After settling the end-of-round goals, give away a number of sips equal to the number of players who finished lower than you plus one, distributed among the other players as you see fit.

Wingspan gives you plenty of ways to pass drinks around while building your bird habitats. Eggs, tucked cards and round-end goals give the table something to react to.
Skip any rule you don’t want to use. Alcohol isn’t required.
