It’s hard to think of two things that supplement each other as well as board games and drinking! At least, that’s what we feel like here at Boardsip, and if you’re feeling the same, then you’ve come to the right place.
Who are we?
Boardsip.com was founded by us, Bjørn Kolz, Ulrik Rasmussen and Villy Olsen, three friends with a passion for games and a healthy relationship with alcohol.
What is our goal?
Our goal with Boardsip.com is to make it as easy as possible to find a set of fun and balanced drinking rules to your favourite games – be it a quick game of Uno or a long evening of Twilight Imperium! We strive to provide you with a vast catalouge of drinking rules to board games, unmatched by anyone anywhere.
About the Website
The various drinking rules found on this website are all guided by our strong commitment to responsible drinking.
Our rules are never meant to make you drink more than you otherwise would, but simply provide fun and game-specific ways to merge that amount of drinking with playing a game with your friends.
Additionally, following the rules should always be fun and feel like an enhancement of the original rules, rather than an obstacle preventing you from enjoying the game.
It goes without saying that the rules we provide are simply guidelines, and you should modify or drop any rules that do not feel fun to you.
You should never be more than a few minutes away from playing any game as a drinking game!
Besides just the rules for playing, each ruleset also provides a specific drink that thematically suits the game you’re playing.
